  • What is the cancelation policy?
    We offer a full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. Otherwise guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in to receive a full refund. Cancelations mad between 7 and 30 days before check-in, will be given a 50% refund. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
  • Do you allow pets?
    While we love our four legged-friends but we do not allow pets.
  • Do you allow kids?
    We are an adults only establishment. Exceptions made for children 13+ traveling with a parent. In addition to many safety issues with hosting children, we also have multiple units near each other on the property, and advertise as being adults only. Since many of our guests are booking with that expectation and are here celebrating special occasions, we feel it’s most fair to stick to the policy.
  • Do you allow photoshoots?
    We do not allow photoshoots.
  • How many guests can you accommodate?
    Each unit has a king size bed and can accommodate a maximum of two guests.
  • What is the parking situation?
    We have a very large off-street, private parking lot, which for Austin is a very rare. We can accommodate vehicles of all sizes and each unit is allowed up to 2 cars.
